We currently are serving Loudoun County and surrounding areas of Northern Virginia for residential pest control and commercial pest control needs. We will treat your home the same way we would treat our own. Since each home or office is different, BugPros will tailor your pest control program to your own individual plan. A. Keith Black
C.E.O.
Keith is the founder of BugPros Termite & Pest Control LLC. He is a lifetime resident of Loudoun County and currently resides in Purcellville, Virginia. He credits his late father-in-law for opening the company in 2004. His father-in-law's motivation lead Keith to start a business in order to fill a void for a small business that provides personalized pest control service. Keith has been in the pest control industry since 1996 and has held previous branch and district manager positions for major pest control chains. He found that these chains concerned themselves with numbers and not results. Thus, along with his father-in-law's encouragement, and his strong work ethic, BugPros was created to focus on customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Hunter Black
C.O.O.
Hunter has worked part time for BugPros Termite & Pest Control LLC through his high school and college years. In 2014, Hunter decided to join BugPros full time to grow the business and expand our service territories. He is Virginia state certified. His customer skills and product knowledge maintain high customer satisfaction which has become a trademark for BugPros. Hunter has a great ability to listen to customer's concerns and identify the target pest and propose a plan of action.
Lisa Smolsky Black
President
Lisa has been with BugPros Termite & Pest Control LLC since the beginning of its conception in 2004. She demonstrates leadership in the field, but mostly her strengths are managing the corporate office. Product inventory and compliance with federal regulations are also managed by Lisa. She is the creator of "Pete" our mascot for our company.
